Hisense wins six EISA awards

Hisense has reaffirmed its position as a global technology leader by winning six prestigious EISA awards this month. The Expert Imaging and Sound Association (EISA), celebrating four decades of authority, is recognised as one of the most trusted benchmarks for consumer electronics worldwide.

With close to 50 specialist magazines from 19 European countries forming the association, EISA awards are based on independent expert testing, making this recognition a true mark of quality and performance. This year’s wins highlight Hisense’s breakthroughs in TVs, laser projectors, and wireless sound systems.

Hisense strengthens role in South Africa

“These awards highlight Hisense’s position as a global technology leader while affirming our growing role in the South African market,” says Luna Nortjie, Deputy General Manager at Hisense South Africa. “From giant-screen TVs to portable projectors and cinema-quality sound systems, our mission is to make premium home entertainment more accessible to South Africans than ever before.”

Hisense TVs: setting new performance standards

Of the six awards, three went to Hisense TVs, which continue to push the boundaries of television performance.

  • The Hisense U8Q (65”) earned the EISA Premium Mini LED TV 2025–2026 title.
  • The Hisense U7Q Pro (65”) secured the EISA Best Buy Mini LED TV 2025–2026 award.
  • The massive Hisense U7Q (100”) was recognised as EISA’s Best Giant TV 2025–2026.

These models feature advanced Mini LED technology, delivering deep blacks, dazzling brightness, and lifelike colours. Powered by the Hi-View AI Engine Pro, they intelligently analyse each frame for remarkable detail and accuracy—ideal for South African viewers who demand the best for movies, sports, and gaming.

For gamers, the 165Hz Game Mode Ultra ensures ultra-smooth visuals, low latency, and immersive surround sound. Each TV also includes a built-in subwoofer, adding cinema-quality bass to the experience.

Hisense projectors: portable and cinematic

Innovation was further recognised in the projector category. The Hisense M2 Pro Smart Mini Projector won the EISA Best Family Projector 2025–2026, offering 4K AI clarity on screens up to 200 inches. With Advanced Pure Triple-Colour Laser technology, it adapts to any screen size—from 65” to 200”—making it versatile enough for home movie nights, office presentations, or outdoor viewing.

Meanwhile, the Hisense PX3-PRO 4K Smart Laser Cinema was awarded the EISA UST Projector 2025–2026. Powered by LPU Technology, it produces ultra-realistic images with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos support. Certified by Xbox, it delivers seamless gaming with low latency and blur-free motion, projecting content between 80” and 150” for a cinematic feel.

Hisense HT Saturn: wireless surround sound excellence

Rounding out the six awards, the Hisense HT Saturn Wireless Surround System received the EISA Wireless Surround System 2025–2026 title. Designed with four wireless speakers and a subwoofer, and tuned by Devialet, it delivers 720W of Dolby Atmos and DTS:X audio. Thanks to Hisense Hi-Concerto technology, it integrates perfectly with TV sound, transforming any home into a cinema-like experience.

Innovation recognised worldwide

The six EISA awards not only reaffirm Hisense’s global track record of innovation but also emphasise that South African consumers have access to the same internationally acclaimed products. By excelling in TVs, projectors, and audio systems, Hisense continues to raise the bar for premium, accessible home entertainment.
